Due to the situation caused by Covid-19, shipping and delivery times may be a little longer.
We keep a limited stock in our showroom so most of our jewellery is handmade to order to prevent the waste factor, therefore we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.
We are a small team of 3 doing all processes by hand (since production until shipments), so our regular lead time is 5-10 working days from the order date.
If you buy a piece from "Ready to Ship" section, we will ship it within 1-3 working days.
All custom sizes will take more 5 working days to produce.
If you order pieces with different estimated timelines together, your order will be shipped when all pieces are ready, unless requested otherwise. Please don't hesitate to email us if you would like your itens sooner, we are happy to negotiate a partial shipment.
If we have an unexpected high volume of orders and we cannot fulfil the estimated time to ship, we will inform you by email.
We'll ship the items via CTT - Correios de Portugal, by registered priority Air Mail, once payment is received.
After your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the estimate shipping date and tracking number.
The estimate shipping date is up to 5 to 10 business days to Europe and 10 to 20 to the rest of the world, but it can be longer during high seasons or due to custom, weather and other factors.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We don't do refunds on personalized pieces.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
