Our jewellery is handmade-to-order in our small workshop in Porto, Portugal. We're only four people making everything by hand, so we take our time to ensure every piece is truly unique and crafted with care.

Made-to-order Items: Orders are processed in 10-15 working days before shipping.

Ready to Ship Items: We also have a selection of ready-to-ship pieces and last sizes available. These ship in just 1-3 working days, so you can enjoy your jewellery sooner.

Need Priority? If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, just leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to make it happen.

During the Holiday Season/ Sales season or for enamel pieces, this can take a bit longer but we promise it's worth the wait. 

After your package ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Taxes & Duties: For customers in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and USA, taxes and duties are already included in your price, no surprises at checkout.
