Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
We send all orders by a registered trackable system. -
Our jewellery is made-to-order to prevent the waste factor, so we don't own any stock.
Orders are processed within 15-20 working days before shipping, except ready-to-ship items.
During Holiday or Sales Season this period can be longer due to high demand.
Enamel pieces can also have a longer timeframe.

After the package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Express shipping can take up to 1-2 business days and are shipped via DHL Express.
Standard shipping could take up to 5-15 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
Please note that if your delivery address is considered a remote area by our shipping carriers, an additional fee may apply at the time of shipment.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above certain amount, and this is calculated at checkout.

Cancellations will be made within a period of 24h after the order is made. After this period we'll not be able to cancel your order.

Shipping and Risk of Loss
Once your order leaves our workshop and is in the hands of the carrier or customs, NUUK cannot be held responsible for:- Lost or delayed shipments
- Packages held, delayed, or returned by customs
- Additional fees imposed by carriers or customs
Refunds and Compensation
In the event a package is lost or delayed after leaving our warehouse, NUUK is not able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier or customs directly to request compensation or resolution, as they are responsible for the handling and delivery of the shipment once it leaves our control. - Lost or delayed shipments
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Under EU law, as we offer a handmade-to-order artisanal product, we only accept returns that will be refunded in a form of voucher of the amount to be spent in our store or exchanges for another pieces/sizes, so we recommend that purchases be made responsibly.
We are here to help you in case of new sizes exchanges, exchanges for another product or even if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we can help you finding out the best solution for both parts. Please enquire for more information.

A return request can be submitted within 15 days after the delivery.

If your product arrives opened or damaged, you are eligible for a refund. We will only refund to the same payment method that was used to place the order.
You should send us the proof of defect once you receive the goods.
The refund will occur once we have received and reviewed your returned product. This could take between 7 and 10 working days.
We are not liable for defects due to: damage caused by improper use or neglect, aesthetic changes and damage due to normal wear and tear and ageing.
Note: As all our pieces are handcrafted, they may contain imperfections that are part of their final design. We do not offer refunds for this type of peculiarity.

If you are approved and your item is considered faulty then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal Account or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.
Please note that card refunds can take up to 14 days to show on your statement due to varying processing times between card issuers.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Custom items like personalized pieces, engravable and all pieces from Enamel Collection, unless they were received faulty.
- Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. This means sales and discount coupons.

All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
Also note that if you're purchasing from outside the EU, the return package will be demanding additional customs fees, these will also be deducted from your purchase amount.

NOTE:
For non-EU customers, when returning the package at your post office, please mark it on the customs declaration as "Returned Goods" and declare no value to avoid customs charges. However, please be aware that sometimes customs may still apply a handling fee of approximately €15 for returned goods. We are not responsible for any charges incurred during the return process.
